American Hot Rod
We slept at Rey and Hammack’s apartment Friday night. Early Saturday morning, Louie and I woke up and needed to kill time while waiting for the Huskies game. Luckily, Discovery Channel pulled through for us with one of their odd vehicle-building reality shows–American Hot Rod. Better yet, it was a marathon. For one reason or another, we couldn’t stop watching. Then game time rolled around. Sike. Daylight savings. One more hour of American Hot Rod for us. Deep down inside, I don’t think I was disappointed. The UW game definitely didn’t disappoint either.
Camera Stuff
I decided to borrow my brother’s camera to see if I would take more pictures if I had a camera with me during the day. Since my other one broke, I ordered a tripod Friday. I also bid on a remote shutter switch, but some jerk outbid me even though there were about 50 of the exact same item from the same user. Of course, I shouldn’t be complaining for the same reason. Hopefully I’ll be able to afford another lens come summer time. A 50mm becomes 80mm, so my only lens is not very wide at all.
Reformat
I reinstalled Windows XP since I was able to get a legit version from CSE. For the first time, I didn’t really run into many problems, and now I have a slipstreamed Windows disc so I don’t have to sit around and press enter. I don’t think anyone cares about this paragraph at all.
3 Ninjas
I used to watch this movie every day after school when I was younger (aka 7th Grade). Remember the part when Grandpa Ninja is trapped by two enemy ninjas in the boat hallway, but they can’t unsheath their swords because the hallway is too narrow? Movies should be that good again.
