Things that have been taking up study time in the past few weeks
Starcraft – Surprise! Best game ever. There’s little else to say. But it’s not as bad as the past two fall quarters, where all day I thought about Starcraft, dreamt about Starcraft, gave Starcraft a bed and blanket to sleep in, fed Starcraft, and took Starcraft with me to parties.
Bejeweled – So, the whole “manage my time and keep it on my phone” thing hasn’t panned out as planned, but I do have a great demo of Bejeweled. It’s perfect for the bus, for a quick break, or for a really long break when your time would probably be better spent in textbooks. The catch of the demo is that there’s a countdown before you can start a new game and the timer increases as you play more games. This countdown’s gonna be at two minutes soon, and that adds up real fast.
Cleaning – But you couldn’t tell by looking at my room. It’s a bummer. I can’t study in my room without cleaning it first and sometimes it’s just not a good day for cleaning. So I load up bejeweled and sit there and wait to play because it’s a demo.
Making entries for this site – Sike! I only update like once every seventeen days.
Dates with girls – Not! Man, what a lie. Also, sorry for using the same joke twice (and it wasn’t great the first time) in the span of 15 seconds.
Ces the weatherman
I guess this is what I get for, essentially, complaining about sunshine. Anyway, wear shoes and bundle up, it’s gonna be a cold one. Or four or five.
Food
Shrimpfest is back. Good lookin out Jerry. We’ll probably hit Red Lobster up this weekend and beast on some shrimp. Or I guess seabeast on some shrimp. Or shark on some shrimp. It’ll be like last week when me and Dan beasted on the endless ribs at Tony Romas. And by beast Dan means daintily finish one rack. Also, don’t miss the supreme battle that we’ve (as in like four people, including me) all been waiting for: Giada vs. Rachael Ray.
