Saw this on the news this morning. Here’s a video of Knut the polar bear. There are tons of tribute videos to the guy. Here’s a wikipedia entry, and a German Vanity Fair cover (Which reads, “I am Knut; an international superstar from Germany.”) All this combined makes you want to raise a polar bear feed it Coke out of a baby bottle and teach it to make snow angels with you. Except they grow sort of fast and want to eat your kids: here’s a picture of Knut today.
