This was my first time watching a Wes Anderson film, and I can definitely see the appeal. I imagine it’s a love it or hate it type movie. The whole idea of brotherhood is handled well—Adrian Brody, Jason Schwartzman, and Owen Wilson treat each other how brothers really treat each other. I can also see why Anderson is praised for his use of slow motion. Here’s the first scene in the movie (with Bill Murray).
