This is a couple months late.¨Ü Wally got this poster at Comic-Con in 2005.¨Ü As far as I remember, he posted a picture of it on our old Unknown Elements forum.¨Ü Which apparetly was still online at the time.¨Ü I was under the impression that he got it for free (I just found out that wasn’t true), so for years I tried to convince him that he doesn’t even like Street Fighter and he should give me the poster, because, you know, I like Street Fighter.¨Ü Seemed like a pretty valid reason.
Finally, a week after my birthday, I’m visiting San Diego and Wally says, “Oh, I got you something for your birthday but I forgot to bring it.”¨Ü And I knew.¨Ü I knew what it was.¨Ü The feeling I had was the opposite of the feeling I got in 1996 when I was sure my moms bought an N64 and I waited until I was home alone and went all around the house looking for where she was hiding it, except guess what, she didn’t buy one.
