Hilarious article

Seattle Weekly: Seattle’s Ragin’ Asian Nightlife. Poorly written and a tad racist, but I’m sure some of you will be interested (Venom, War Room, and walnut shrimp make an appearance). I don’t go out much, but there were a lot of times reading this when I found myself nodding thinking YUP. From what I can tell by reading the comments, the writer asked a group of club-goers if she could tag along and party with them and wrote about it after.

What’s funnier: the author giving an okie doke to the clubbing group or the outraged comments from people who think that one cherry-picked quote discredits the rest of the article? Answer: the club photographer commenting and backtracking trying to keep his gig! Bottom line: if someone follows someone else around while they’re both drunk and chronicles it the next day, nobody’s going to look good.

Bonus: there’s a slideshow, and this picture slayed me. This is exactly what happens when you say, “You wanna follow me and my friends around and take pictures while we get plastered then write about it? I’m in!”
