I was split on whether I wanted Mayweather to win (it’d be more exciting if he fought Pacquaio while still undefeated) or not (that fight’s never happening so it’d be good to see anybody beat the guy). The Larry Merchant interview almost made it worth paying for that ridiculous fight. Here’s a similar tirade after his fight with Carlos Baldomir (Larry starts to get under his skin around 5:35):
