San Diego: Three
Straight off the plane. I was expecting some kind of euphoric experience after going through high school and college without having it (save for the one Paul special delivered by car, thanks!). My expectations were probably too high. Is In-N-Out better than Dick’s: by far. Is In-N-Out good: definitely. Is In-N-Out overrated: maybe. It’s that good but it’s not THAT good.

San Diego: Two
I’m gonna give myself a pat on the back for this one. That’s Jason talking to the 5-0. Wally and Dan are side by side trying to Mapquest. Russ is probably thinking about the end of A Walk to Remember.

San Diego: One
Dan’s place is sort of huge down there. And there are lots of very clean mirrors. I enjoy the intriguing philosophical surreality created by the flower’s in Dan’s shirt and the small branch come out of the right edge of the frame. I’m kidding, I only saw that now.
I kind of went off with the post-processing of the middle picture. Here’s the original:

Easter Egg Hunt
I did a pretty awful job editing these in Photoshop, but I’m pretty sure I’ll live.

Random Full Moon
Wanted to break the camera out. I had tonight marked on my calendar to go out shooting since it’s a full moon, but school doesn’t always cooperate with your plans. So I just shot what I could from the balcony when I got home. And some stuff in my room to test the lens. Throw some stuff in Illustrator, hit live trace, mess with the settings, play around a little bit and you have yourself a poster. And it turns out nicer than running filters in Photoshop.

Surgeons are in
Trauma Center. If you have a Wii, get some friends over and rent this game. There’s no multiplayer, but the intensity ramps up and that remote gets sweaty. First impressions: it’s awesome.

On my Oak Harbor porch
Didn’t forget my tripod this time. I did forget the tripod fixture again. Which is as good as forgetting the entire tripod. This happens at least 50% of the time. So I just angled the camera against my porch steps.

SDA Strays Three
I posted this in August originally and took it down because I wasn’t sure how I felt about the picture Curt commented on. And I’m still not sure but I think if there was a post I should’ve taken down it probably should’ve been the one with my boyfriend fish market guy. I should know better than that.

Gas Works One
Or two, technically, since the hill picture was taken at Gas Works also.
